You must understand the times you aren’t stating or believing good ideas about yourself. You are listening and conditioning your surprise self-image whether or not you are aware of it.If I ever capture myself talking negatively to myself I immediately alter” mental tracks” and state something favorable to myself. If something turns up over and over again, I know there’s a much deeper challenge I should resolve. I then go to work on reconditioning my mind with affirmations that are opposite to the negative psychological chatter.For the next 7 days become really knowledgeable about the people around you, and do not allow any negative energy around you.Also, be in tune with the mental chatter that goes on in your own head.
